Built in 1978, Burke Plaza is named in honor of Richard A. Burke, who served as Executive Director of the Lincoln Housing Authority from 1971 to 1987.
These apartments are federally subsidized through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are based on income in accordance with federal requirements. All utilities paid! Small pets are allowed with an additional $300 pet deposit.
