Most of these units are federally subsidized through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applicants must meet the income guidelines listed below. Deposit is as low as $150.00. Small pets are allowed with an additional $300 pet deposit. Rents are based on income in accordance with federal requirements. Tenants pay most utilities. Leases are one year.
