Mahoney Manor
Mahoney Manor Apartments, located in northeast Lincoln at 61st and Ballard Streets, is a 120-unit high rise apartment building designed for seniors 50+ and persons with disabilities. Age preference is given to 62 years & older. Six of the apartments are fully handicapped accessible. A variety of educational, social, recreational and support services, which promote independent living and an active lifestyle, are available to residents of Mahoney Manor.
Built in 1973, Mahoney Manor Apartments is named in honor of J. Phillip Mahoney, who served as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Lincoln Housing Authority from 1952 to 1973.
