Burke Plaza

Burke Plaza, located at 67th & L Streets, is a 91-unit high rise apartment building designed for seniors and persons with disabilities. A variety of education, social, recreational and support services, which promote independent living and an active lifestyle, are available to residents of Burke Plaza.

Built in 1978, Burke Plaza is named in honor of Richard A. Burke, who served as Executive Director of the Lincoln Housing Authority from 1971 to 1987.

Residents must meet income guidelines at the time of initial occupancy (annual income at or less than $37,050 for a one person household; $42,300 for a two person household) and be at least 62 years of age or disabled to qualify.

Small pets are permitted with the payment of a $300 pet deposit.
